Operational Excellence Manager

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned process professional to drive end-to-end process improvements across operations, travel, and administration.

Main Responsibilities

The Operational Excellence Manager will be accountable for designing, implementing, and managing efficient processes that support business growth and success.

  • Process Design & Implementation
    • Map and build streamlined workflows for operations, travel logistics, and administrative functions.
    • Develop standardized policies, checklists, and documentation for seamless execution.
    • Implement tools/systems to track and manage processes effectively.
  • Process Execution & Governance
    • Own and run key operational processes on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
    • Monitor adherence to processes and proactively identify gaps.
    • Ensure smooth execution of travel operations, accommodation, and student administrative needs.
  • Continuous Improvement & Scaling
    • Analyze processes and performance data to identify inefficiencies.
    • Refine workflows as the organization grows and scales across geographies.
    • Implement best practices in process governance, reporting, and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with operations, student experience, travel partners, and academic teams to ensure alignment.
    • Serve as the central coordinator for all process-related queries and escalations.
    • Communicate clearly with leadership on performance, risks, and improvements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in process excellence, operations, consulting, or business process management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to design processes from scratch.
  • Experience with operations/travel/administration domains is a plus.
  • Proficiency with workflow tools, project management systems, and process automation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bias for action, detail-orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
