Job Title: Senior Asset Manager

Job Description:
  • Fixed Assets Management: Oversee the upkeep of fixed assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Insurance Renewal and Claims: Manage insurance renewals, additions, deletions, and claims for fixed assets in accordance with established protocols.
  • Asset Creation and Disposal Process: Create or dispose of assets in Oracle Fusion, ensuring adherence to GST invoice regulations.
  • Asset Tagging and Record Keeping: Properly tag and record assets in the system to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient management.
  • Yearly Verification Coordination: Coordinate yearly fixed assets verification processes, working with branches and vendors as necessary.
  • MIS Reporting: Generate management reports related to fixed assets using MIS tools, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: MBA / M.com or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of accounting entries and principles, including taxation and financial reporting.
  • Fixed Assets Accounting: Demonstrate a strong grasp of fixed assets accounting concepts and practices.
  • Taxation Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of TDS and GST regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • MIS Reporting Skills: Be proficient in generating reports using MIS tools, trackers, and other software applications.
  • Excel Proficiency: Possess hands-on experience with MS Excel, utilizing its features to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Oracle Fusion Experience: Having working experience in Oracle fusion environment is a significant advantage.
