Asset Management Lead

We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Lead to oversee the efficient use and management of assets within our ServiceNow platform.

  • This leadership role requires strong asset management abilities, including contract oversight and tracking.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing contracts and assets, preferably within the ServiceNow platform.
  • A proven track record of delivering outcomes through effective team management and communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of contracts and ensure all assets are properly tracked and renewed as necessary.
  • Develop and implement improvements to contract and asset management processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract and asset management activities.
  • Responsible for training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate Computacenter winning together values for the position level.
  • Manage resourcing requirements effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management and asset management, preferably within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
