This role involves co-managing private markets solutions with internal teams and external managers. You'll support portfolio construction and asset allocation across strategies.

You'll partner with internal and external investment teams to select and monitor investments. You'll oversee the investment lifecycle for various investment types, including primaries, secondaries, and co-investments.

You'll support due diligence and manage the underwriting process for new investments. You'll manage liquidity, capital deployment, and risk for private market solutions.

You'll monitor and report on portfolio holdings, including manager oversight. You'll represent us in client meetings and stakeholder discussions.

To be successful in this role, you'll need 10+ years of relevant private markets investing experience. You'll have experience managing or supporting multi-manager portfolios in private asset classes.

A CFA certification or equivalent is preferred; advanced degrees are a plus. You'll have broad experience as an institutional allocator in private equity, credit, and real assets.

Proficiency in portfolio construction, capital allocation, and risk management is essential. Underwriting experience for co-investments and fund investments is preferred.

You'll have a strong understanding of infrastructure sectors and asset types, including renewable energy, digital infrastructure, logistics, and social infrastructure.

Familiarity with semi-liquid fund structures is desired. Comfort with valuation oversight, performance analytics, and reporting for private assets is essential.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are required. Ability to explain investment concepts to private wealth audiences is also desired.

Professional presence for client meetings and due diligence is necessary. Integrity and professionalism in fiduciary roles are essential.
