We Are Seeking an Experienced Digital Asset Manager">

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Digital Asset Manager. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our brand's digital presence.

About You: To succeed in this position, you must have a strong vision for the brand's success and be able to drive your management of the website and team of Web Executives. Your attention to detail and understanding of user behavior will enable you to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance user experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Task Execution: Collaborate with Design and Development teams to ensure seamless project delivery and stay proactive in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Enhance User Experience: Propose innovative solutions to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to plan, manage, monitor, and upgrade client websites, ensuring they meet industry best practices.
  • Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to and troubleshoot website issues, identifying and addressing security breaches to maintain a secure online environment.
  • Content Management: Conduct regular content audits to eliminate redundant information, streamline communication aligned with the brand strategy, and optimize website quality through test plans.
  • Metric Growth: Prepare and present strategies to grow website metrics that are critical to the brand's success, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Update Tracking: Maintain accurate trackers of all updates on the website and ensure Client satisfaction through smooth communication and maintenance-related conversations.
  • CMS Management: Work extensively with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, or Magento for website content and functionality management.

Skill Requirements:

  • Design Detail: Strong attention to design detail and understanding of user behavior.
  • Analytical Mind: Awareness of Product Management and Best Practices, analytical mind, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Web Technologies: Working knowledge of web technologies, hands-on experience with CMS platforms, and e-commerce platform experience.
  • Agile Methodology: Agile Methodology experience, Google Analytics Power User, and ability to adapt to new tools and software.
  • SEO Expertise: Good understanding of SEO, ability to troubleshoot website issues, presentation skills, and excellent communication skills.
