Our technologies include Graph Databases, Vector Databases, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, NLP, and Machine Learning for end-to-end visibility on Global Supply Chains.

As Manager, you will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers. You will oversee project execution from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and goals are met.

  • You will drive engineering best practices, architecture decisions, and code quality standards. Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in Python and Django.
  • B.tech in computer science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
  • Solid hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
  • Proven success managing projects in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup or scale-up environment.
