**Job Overview**: We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Associate Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing monthly reports, analyzing financial performance, and identifying trends to drive business growth. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong business acumen, accounting skills, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role

This position involves:

  • Producing monthly reports that include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting with detailed explanations/commentaries of key business drivers.
  • Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, performing drill downs in financial data, data mining, and business intelligence.
  • Analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements, understanding, and presentation of key business drivers.
  • Preparing ad hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information from various sub-systems and drill downs into financial data.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-12 years of working experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting roles.
  • Some experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting.
  • Strong business acumen, accounting skills, and a go-getter attitude.
  • Advance Excel, PowerPoint knowledge, and working experience is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft is preferred.
  • Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
