Enhance Employee Experience

Our company is looking for a highly skilled professional to manage and enhance the employee experience throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting structured employee connects, leveraging HR analytics to generate actionable insights, and using data to inform objective decision-making.
This role involves:
- Conducting regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding process.
- Designing, implementing, and managing engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Developing and executing an annual engagement calendar that includes recognition events and initiatives for team connections.
The successful candidate will have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in designing and managing surveys and analyzing results.
