Digital Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to lead and deliver best-in-class paid digital media campaigns for our clients.

This role involves assisting in planning, reviewing, and optimizing Paid Search and Social campaigns, while supporting the team in reporting and managing client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge base and excellent communication skills, with 2 to 5 years of full-time experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day paid search and paid social campaigns effectively.
  • Proactively review and manage client data to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Track and report on campaign results, analyze data, and participate in weekly calls.
  • Generate campaign reports, handle pacing, QA, and trafficking.
  • Provide initial insights on campaign trends to executives and planners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be a logical thinker with strong analytical skills and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Experienced in successfully running performance/KPI-based campaigns (CPL, CPA, CPI).
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating self-starter qualities, and capable of researching performance issues and formulating tangible solutions.
  • Good understanding of various digital marketing functions such as paid advertising and social media marketing.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Forecasting, and Chart Building.
