Project Manager Position

A highly skilled and experienced Project Site Manager is required to oversee the smooth progress of works at our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site supervision team, ensuring that all activities are up-to-date with the project management.

Key responsibilities include overall field contract management, administration, and coordination, monitoring and controlling contractor's works in accordance with design specifications and contract documents, ensuring quality of materials and workmanship installed, operated, and maintained, liaising with client, project management, and contractor for resolution of project issues, as well as concerned authorities when required.

Additional responsibilities include supervising, reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on progress, liaising with all parties for site safety, monitoring assigned staff and implementing on-site procedures to assist them in performing their work efficiently, maintaining awareness of contracts financial status, coordinating final approval to work and arranging handover.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience on large commercial projects involving infrastructural and building design, with knowledge of codes, design manuals, and construction practices.
  • Ability to interpret complex contract documents, including plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations on significant engineering problems and review drawings, specifications, and installation for constructability.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect data to brief client on project issues and provide possible resolutions, in addition to reviewing and drafting responses to correspondence.
  • Advance negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Ms Project, and MS Office.
