Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, this Associate Manager role is responsible for driving the overhaul strategy and execution across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the annual overhaul schedule, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic plans. This includes coordinating with maintenance departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and monitoring manpower availability for overhauls.

The Associate Manager will also oversee the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system in SAP, including defect notification resolution, and review and approve deviations for modifications through the Note for Approval process. Additionally, they will manage the Overhauling Preparedness Index and Quality Index for Annual Outages and Continuous Operations.

Key Qualifications
  • BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, power plants, or heavy industry with focus on strategic planning, operations, and maintenance
