Security Operations Manager

This is a key leadership role that oversees the overall security operations of a site. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic input to ensure compliance with operating models and SOPs. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end operations, ensuring process adherence, and managing exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of operating models and SOPs for access control, patrolling, and surveillance.
  • Manage large teams of security guards, officers, and supervisors.
  • Develop and maintain sources for financial crime intelligence.
  • Assist in preventing unauthorized access and egress through service yards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant field.
  • More than 3 years of work experience with minimum 1 year in a similar role leading security operations at a site or work-unit for mid-large sized organizations.
  • Certifications including Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE), Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) certification, Physical Security Professional (PSP), and Industrial Security professional certifications.
