As a seasoned leader, you will drive our backend systems forward with expertise and vision. We seek an individual with a strong technical background to lead the development of scalable RESTful APIs using Python and Django.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architecture, design, and development of high-performance backend systems.
  • Build and maintain robust, secure APIs that meet business requirements.
  • Oversee integration with third-party services and internal tools for seamless collaboration.
  • Implement best practices for security, authentication, and data protection to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Manage cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver feature-rich solutions.
  • Mentor and coach backend developers, conduct code reviews, and establish technical guidelines to foster growth and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of backend development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Python and Django framework, with hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong cloud deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
