Job Title: Relationship Manager

As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing field sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing business relationships.
  • Maintaining strong, productive relationships with merchants to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Understanding clients' marketing objectives and providing effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Delivering engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase digital services.
  • Handling escalation calls and resolving complex customer issues in a professional manner.
  • Leading and managing teams to achieve sales goals and develop team members through coaching and training.
  • Monitoring daily/weekly operations and adapting to changing market conditions to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and pleasant personality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in using technology to support sales efforts.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and platforms.
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience, with a focus on field coordination and new client acquisitions.
  • Competitive and confident, with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Focused on delivering exceptional service to clients and driving business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in any stream.
  • Minimum 60% marks in 12th or graduation.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales.
  • Freshers are also eligible to apply.
