Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Lead to oversee the design development process and ensure that every project meets our high standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality.

The successful candidate will lead a team of designers and consultants, managing relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to balance creativity with commercial acumen.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement interior design strategies that align with our luxury brand ethos.
  • Lead a team of designers and consultants to deliver high-quality designs and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and managing external consultants.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects with uncompromising detail and finish.

  • Precision in reviewing design documentation and execution drawings.
  • Exceptional aesthetic sensibility, with a strong eye for luxury detail.
  • Commercial acumen to ensure viability without compromise on quality.
