About This Opportunity

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manager to lead the planning and performance cycle in our People team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects and an MBA from a top-tier B-School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the planning and performance cycle, managing budgets, providing analytical insights, tracking targets, and governing financial controls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) process for the organization.
  • Leading the 3-Year Plan, 1-Year Plan, and other key planning cycles.
  • Designing and managing manpower blueprints, organization structures, and people costs using Anaplan.

In addition, the role holder will partner with key business stakeholders to drive the Rewards Philosophy and merit cycle for the organization.

Qualifications

  • MBA in any specialization from a top-tier B-School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fast-mover with flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-tasking with tight deadlines.
