Job Title: IP Litigation Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Intellectual Property (IP) litigation efforts in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for Freedom to Operate (FTO) evaluations, IP risk mapping, and providing support to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation Support: Preparation and review of IP litigation documents, discovery, monitoring, and interactions with legal counsel.
- FTO Evaluations: Detailed assessments for Finished Products, including collaborations with FRD, PMO & Portfolio teams.
- Competitive Intelligence: Identification and review of key third-party patents, early-stage evaluation of risks, and mitigations.
- Team Collaboration: Timely support to Portfolio, Business Development, R&D, PMO, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
- New Product Opportunities: Identification for global markets based on IP scenarios.
- Strategic Alignment: Mapping of competitive intelligence, regulatory dynamics, and aligning with IP strategies.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have around 10-12 years of relevant experience in FTO & Litigations.
- A sound understanding of IP dynamics, technical skills, good communication skills, team player, agility, and adaptability are essential.
