Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in office administration or operations, with a strong background in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets.

  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities.

  • Maintain records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts, and coordinate company travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics.

  • Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding, employee attendance, and leave tracking, and ensure compliance with company policies and support internal audits.

  • Supervise housekeeping and maintain a clean and professional office environment, supporting internal teams with logistics for events, trainings, or reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required).

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems.

  • Basic knowledge of office budgeting and vendor negotiations.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
