Branch Operations Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our branches and drive business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires effective service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management:
    • Ensure high-quality service delivery through effective service recovery and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Integrate all functions and services across locations to foster seamless collaboration and enhance overall branch performance.
    • Develop and implement operational systems for efficient branch management and performance monitoring.
    • Handle crisis situations promptly and professionally, minimizing disruptions to branch operations.
  • Fleet Management:
    • Maintain adherence to company standards and policies in fleet administration, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
    • Allocate vehicles efficiently based on client requirements, balancing capacity and demand.
    • Evaluate and maintain fleet accessories as per company guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Balance chauffeur-to-fleet ratios for optimal performance and resource allocation.
  • Sales & Servicing:
    • Develop new business relationships and increase revenue from existing clients to meet targeted figures, driving sales growth and profitability.
    • Analyze market trends and performance data (MIS) to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
    • Achieve set sales targets and budgets, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Resolve major customer complaints effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Finances:
    • Prepare annual branch budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
    • Monitor fund flows, practicing expense control according to established norms and financial regulations.
    • Manage receivables and ensure timely payment processing, minimizing cash flow disruptions.
    • Ensure statutory compliance and report analysis to the Corporate office, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • HR & Administration:
    • Optimize overall branch administration for enhanced efficiency and productivity, streamlining processes and reducing costs.
    • Staff Customer Service and Drivers teams with competent, motivated professionals to deliver exceptional service and support.
    • Conduct regular team appraisals to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • Implement and enforce statutory compliance, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Maintain ISO standards for quality assurance, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
    • Manage contractual employees effectively, optimizing their contributions and value to the organization.
