Application Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Application Security Specialist to join our team.
This role involves ensuring the security of our applications through manual and automated assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing recommendations for remediation.
The successful candidate will collaborate with our development team to implement secure development practices and identify emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform static code assessment and manual testing of applications
- Conduct penetration testing and mobile app testing (Android and iOS)
- Understand and comply with Service Level Agreements defined for DevSecOps services
- Collaborate with development team to follow secure development practices
- Identify and analyze application security events, including emerging and existing persistent threats
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience in application security testing
- Deep knowledge of SAST, DAST, penetration testing, and mobile app testing
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and secure development lifecycle
