Job Title: SuccessFactors EC & ECP Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP SuccessFactors Implementation and Management: Configure, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP to meet business needs.
  • System Configuration and Testing: Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems (SAP ERP, Finance, Time Management, Benefits, etc.).
  • User Support: Provide support to business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Data Migration and Governance: Assist in data migration, validation, and governance for EC and ECP modules.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline HR and payroll processes.
  • Ongoing Support and Enhancements: Provide ongoing support and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
  • Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end-users.
Required Qualifications:
  • Payroll Process Expertise: Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.
  • SuccessFactors Integration Experience: Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Boomi, or other middleware.
  • SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
  • Data Migration and Issue Resolution: Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution.
  • HR Business Processes: Knowledge of HR business processes, payroll compliance, and HRIS best practices.
