Project Management Office Role

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the success of our operational initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating with delivery teams to identify new project demands and oversee project execution related operational matters.

You will also collaborate with talent acquisition teams to facilitate recruitment and hiring processes, track and maintain accurate dashboards, and chair regular stakeholder calls.

Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns, drive business decisions and compliance, and develop new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and a bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in a PMO role or similar field.
