Job Description:
Soho House & Co's hotel facilities rely on a skilled team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. This role requires an individual who can manage daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning offices, bedrooms, public areas, and restaurants.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team for efficient operation.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs to maintain appearance and reflect positively on the hotel brand.
• Assist the Executive House Keeper in managing annual budgets, capital expenditures, staffing, and adhering to Soho House guidelines.
• Plan, organize, and direct team members to achieve high guest satisfaction levels.
• Establish and maintain accurate inventory records, ensure equipment is properly maintained, and meet health and safety requirements.
• Report, order, and replace damaged items or insufficient inventory.
• Conduct daily room and public area inspections, recruit, schedule, and train new housekeeping team members.
• Expertly manage housekeeping operations and have excellent knowledge of all departments internally.
• Ensure the safety, security, satisfaction, and well-being of employees, hotel guests, and property.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong background in hospitality with experience in housekeeping management.
• Excellent communication skills, good problem-solving abilities, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks, systems, and managing small teams.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness are essential.
• A sense of urgency and willingness to take action in emergency situations.
