Our team is growing fast, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven CRM professional to own our sales and customer success technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, customize, and optimize HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Create automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
  • Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details.
  • Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • A clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
