Key Position Overview

Job Responsibilities

  • Integration Protocols: Familiarity with ServiceNow integration protocols is essential for successful implementation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management are crucial for this position.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in web-based development languages, especially JavaScript and Ajax, is required.
  • IT Frameworks: Understanding of ITSM Framework, ITIL, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC is necessary for success.
