ServiceNow Workflow Specialist - FMCG Expert

As a seasoned ServiceNow Workflow Specialist, we seek an individual with in-depth knowledge of the FMCG domain and extensive experience in designing, developing, and integrating workflows on ServiceNow with MDM platforms like Informatica and Stibo.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into effective workflow solutions. They should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
  • Integrate workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Support and enhance Skelta BPM workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design workflow solutions.
  • Lead the workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout, and support.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams.
  • Ensure workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in workflow development and integration.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.
  • Deep understanding of the FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
