As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving corporate sales growth and revenue numbers for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve revenue targets through effective corporate business development strategies.
- Acquire new customers and expand existing relationships to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Map and analyze the corporate market to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers/TPA organizations, representing our company with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with regional teams to support target achievement and drive overall business success.
- Target-focused approach with a strategic understanding of corporate sales and business domains.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with excellent people-to-people skills.
- Ability to be an effective team player, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in business communication and technology tools.
- Minimum 5-15 years of direct corporate sales experience in insurance broking.
- University degree (mandatory) with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
