Cloud Solutions Administrator Position

We seek a seasoned Cloud Solutions Administrator to join our rapidly expanding team. This key role will oversee the day-to-day management of cloud platforms, ensuring seamless operations, user support, and system enhancements.

This position requires strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to translate user needs into scalable solutions while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings for cloud-based instances.
  • Handle data management including imports, exports, data cleansing, and deduplication.
  • Configure workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and automation (Flows/Process Builder).
  • Support integration between cloud platforms and other systems.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and audit requirements.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Administrator in a global setup.
  • Salesforce Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Admin / App Builder certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based sales and service platforms, as well as automation tools.
  • Experience with integrations, data management, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Ability to partner with business teams and translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
