Job Description

This role involves working within a project team to manage the implementation of digital platforms in buildings and infrastructure projects.

  • Determine the use cases and create unique value propositions in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client representatives.
  • Analyze various IT and OT data sources.
  • Understand workflows and systems in different facilities.
  • Customize platform modules/dashboards for individual projects, collaborating with product managers.
  • Design project-specific algorithms for optimization and prescriptive controls.
  • Create project-specific algorithms and methods for automated fault detection and diagnostics.
  • Identify necessary data integration based on use cases.
  • Use an admin panel to deploy solutions and configure rules, conditions, and visuals.
  • Recognize data to be processed and analyzed based on use cases.
  • Coordinate tech teams for platform implementation (including data acquisition, validation, analytics, and visualization).
Required Skills and Qualifications

This is a key position that requires well-rounded experience in managing building solution deployments. The ideal candidate should have technical and functional knowledge in testing and commissioning instrumentation and control systems, as well as working knowledge of IoT platforms, data analytics, and cloud solutions.
