Key Roles and Responsibilities

This position requires a professional with extensive experience in Oracle HCM implementation, project management, stakeholder management, system configuration, training, testing, quality assurance, and change management.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation process for all modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Ensure the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules meet business needs and best practices.
  • Training & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and provide end-user support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities and digital adoption of HR technology solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience in implementing HR systems and/or supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Oracle HCM implementation and project management
    • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems
    • High proficiency in Excel, macro, and report automation tools
    • Strong knowledge of automation tools across the HR lifecycle
    • Familiarity with Gen AI tools
    • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment
