Cloud HCM Technical Specialist

Deliver technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud HCM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Maintenance: Deliver technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud HCM systems.
  • HCM Extracts Development: Develop HCM extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Reporting Development: Develop reports using BI Publisher.
  • Data Conversion: Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Formulas Development: Develop fast formulas.
  • HCM Functional Understanding: Have functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR.
  • Redwood Framework Understanding: Understand the Redwood framework.
  • Journey Configuration Understanding: Understand Journey configuration.
  • Page Personalizations and Customizations: Perform page personalizations and customizations using VBS.
  • Migration of Page Personalizations: Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS.
  • Integration Development: Develop integrations using REST APIs.
  • Nice to Have Skills: Nice to have OIC development skills & experience, VB development skills & experience.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare and submit technical documentation.
  • Requirement Collection Discussion: Participate in requirement collection discussion with business.
  • Integration Management: Manage integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to business users.
  • Data Security and Backup: Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
  • Escalated Support: Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.
  • Integration Tools Knowledge: Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • HCM Functional Certifications: HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
