Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) to fill this key position.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in functional areas of work, with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud, specifically in Absence and OTL modules. Proficiency in Fast Formulas is also required.

This role involves:

  • Proactively understanding client requirements and mapping them with delivered features of the product
  • Identifying gaps and proposing potential solutions to the client
  • Estimating work for Vanilla implementation and for Personalizations/work-arounds and Reports/integrations/enhancements needed
  • Client presentations and Demos for some modules
  • Staying up-to-date on new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and estimations
  • Owning delivery and customer relationship for the project that is being managed
  • Mentoring and guidance to the project team. Quality tracking and team feedback.
  • Status reporting to internal stakeholders and client

Additional responsibilities include conducting training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications, managing scope and customer expectations on individual assignments, and following through on all assignments and taking ownership of customer issues.
