Digital Platform Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to oversee the development and management of our digital platform.
Main Responsibilities:- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development team.
- Product Backlog Management: Work closely with development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
- Requirement Definition: Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
- User Experience Design: Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in healthcare and life science industries.
- Technical Requirements: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements for marketing technology products.
- Product Roadmap: Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for marketing technology products.
- Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience for marketing technology products.
- Well-versed in policies and regulations related to digital technologies, privacy, and communication.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Protect information assets by enforcing local and global security policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role in a technology or healthcare company.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
- Experience in marketing technology products is a must.
- Must have experience in digital technologies including B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration services, web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
- Experience in CMS tools such as stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager is an advantage.
- Understanding of ETL tools, data lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
- Maintain superior technical expertise in above areas and identify opportunities for growth.
- Anticipate and avoid technical problems while identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Recognized as technology expert and actively seek industry trends.
- Implement strategic architecture initiatives.
- Effectively use collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Point, Project, Jira, Visio, Power Point, Confluence, Mural.
- Understanding of web analytics strategies required for Google analytics.
- Good project management skills managing multiple small/medium projects simultaneously.
