Industrial Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in eliminating waste from products and processes through various tools and techniques.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to eliminate waste from products and processes using various tools and techniques.
  • Execute 3P, VSM, and other lean tools.
  • Identify capacity requirements of all machines based on current and upcoming programs and report to management.
  • Work with the team to validate cycle time for each program and take improvement action plans.

You should have good knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Catia, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with process standards and industry-specific software is also beneficial. You should be aware of quality management requirements.

Requirements:
  • B.E.-Mech Aero in Manufacturing Sector (preferable Aerospace)
  • Minimum 02-04 years of experience in costing of CNC machining preferably in the Aerospace Industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of various metal cutting processes like Turning, Milling, Drilling, boring, slitting, Assembly activities, etc.
  • Knowledge of industry standards (i.e., ASME Y14.5) and customer preferences.
