Job Title: Interior Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Coordinator to oversee and execute interior works for our high-end construction projects.

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring compliance with drawings specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC finishing masonry waterproofing and structural elements.
  • Coordinate with architects consultants contractors vendors and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports material consumption and quality inspections.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).
  • [2–5] years of relevant experience in interior execution preferably for luxury/high-end residential commercial or hospitality projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior construction methods materials and quality standards.

Apart from the technical skills we require candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams stakeholders and clients. Strong problem-solving skills time management skills adaptability and flexibility are essential attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading day-to-day operations on-site ensuring seamless execution of interior works.
  • Coordinating closely with various stakeholders including architects consultants contractors and vendors.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed site records including work progress reports and material consumption data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum [2–5] years of experience in interior execution preferably in luxury/high-end residential commercial or hospitality projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
