Job Summary The Site Civil Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and development of civil engineering projects This role involves planning designing and executing projects to ensure they meet all specifications codes and safety standards The Site Civil Engineer collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including architects contractors and government agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Design Conduct site investigations and assessments Develop project plans timelines and budgets Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards Construction Management Oversee and manage construction activities on-site Coordinate with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction Quality Control and Assurance Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance Implement quality control measures and procedures Ensure all materials and workmanship meet project specifications Safety and Compliance Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and standards Conduct safety audits and risk assessments Promote a culture of safety on-site Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of project activities and progress Prepare and submit regular reports to management and stakeholders Document any changes or variations in project scope Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with clients consultants and regulatory authorities Attend meetings and provide updates on project status Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Supplemental pay types Performance bonus Experience total work 10 years Required Work Location In person
