Job Title:

Plumbing & Firefighting Specialist

As a skilled plumbing and firefighting specialist, you will play a vital role in designing and developing comprehensive systems for our clients.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conceptualize and create detailed designs for plumbing and firefighting systems, adhering to architects' layouts, client requirements, and specifications.
  2. Prepare tender drawings for plumbing and firefighting systems, encompassing waste, soil, rainwater, sprinkler, hose reel, and fire extinguisher systems.
  3. Provide calculated notes and shop drawings for submission and resubmission as needed.
  4. Select materials, contact suppliers for quotations and technical documents, and prepare BOQs for firefighting and plumbing systems.
  5. Take off quantities of sprinkler heads, pipes, sanitary fixtures, and units.
  6. Compile information on design, structure specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs, and construction times.
  7. Consult with consultants to determine MEP function and spatial requirements.
  8. Collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, architectural, and structural teams.
  9. Supervise workers engaged in preparing drawing and specification documents, plan project layouts, and prepare scale drawings.
  10. Work with supervisors to prepare technical reports and oversee on-site work.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  12. Develop project schedules, designs, and constructions, along with progress reports, daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
  13. Prepare material lists and costing for bidding purposes.
