Performance Marketing Lead Job Description

Overview:

This role involves leading the performance marketing team to drive business growth through strategic campaign development and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and improve existing campaigns to increase ROI and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Performance Marketing Lead, you should have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance or digital marketing roles in D2C brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, bid strategies, and budget pacing.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing will be a plus.
