Validation Lead Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Validation Lead. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing validation strategies and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Validation Strategies: Develop and implement validation strategies and processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) and industry best practices.
  4. Validation Activities: Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation.
  5. Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and increase efficiency.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in validation and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred Location: Remote, but must be able to work effectively in a virtual environment.
