Job Title: Chief Oracle Business Process Specialist

About the Role:

This senior-level position involves mapping client business processes to Oracle EBS, collaborating with technical architects on solution development, and supporting users through issue resolution and feature backlog management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed requirement studies and collaborate with stakeholders to gather information
  • Develop comprehensive process documents, including As-Is and To-Be processes, for sign-off from clients
  • Map application requirements to business processes, ensuring seamless integration
  • Create Conference Room Pilot (CRP) environments for testing and validation
  • Lead Conference room pilot testing, unit testing, and integration testing, preparing test scripts as needed
  • Establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals for efficient workflow implementation
  • Test customizations in Forms, Interfaces, and Reports
  • Configure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments and assist users in UAT and resolving UAT issues
  • Promptly set up Production Instances and provide post-live support
  • Assist developers during data migration activities
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Finance Functional Analyst roles
  • Strong understanding of client business processes and ability to map them to Oracle EBS
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and manage feature backlogs efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS and its features
