Project Scheduler Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage complex scheduling needs across teams or for executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will ensure efficient calendar management, optimize meeting schedules, and proactively resolve conflicts. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring optimal use of time for subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily calendars for various subject matter experts and consultants, along with team members from back offices.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time allocation and minimal conflicts.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to arrange logistics (meeting rooms, video conferencing links, etc.).
  • Monitor and adjust calendar events as priorities shift.
  • Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally.
  • Report on the occurrence and length of key calendar events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project coordination, project management, or similar administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
