About the Senior Automation Specialist Role

The Business Process Automation department is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions. This role will optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

We are looking for a results-driven professional who can plan, execute, and deliver complex automation projects on time. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation tools and technologies, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead automation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with automation systems to ensure their reliability and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders.
