Job Opportunity

An exciting role awaits a seasoned Finance professional with expertise in tax management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly report purchase and sales contracts to tax authorities, ensuring timely submission of contract copies.
  • Monitor the Dhareeba Qatar Tax portal for notices and updates.
  • Provide Withholding Tax (WHT) certificates from the Dhareeba Qatar Tax portal as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare quarterly tax provisions using OneSource Tax Provision.
  • Support USA tax compliance through ReturnQ.
  • Assist with VAT returns in South Africa.
  • Support assessment-related tax matters according to notices from tax authorities.
  • Oversee monthly WHT, manage closing tax activities, and review tax locks before financial uploads.
  • Contribute to Kuwait Tax Audit & Assessment.
  • Aid in tax reconciliation and compliance tracking.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses of tax issues to support management inquiries as requested.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Tax or Audit Firm
  • Experience in Tax Audit, Tax returns of Direct and Indirect Taxes
  • Familiarity with OneSource Tax Provision, Oracle, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
  • Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
