Role Overview:

As a Call Centre Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our potential and existing clients. Your role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and providing clear and professional information about our tax, business, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and assist clients with basic service information.
- Maintain client records and update call details in the system.
- Schedule appointments for senior consultants when required.
- Build a positive client relationship through effective communication.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of calling processes (telecalling, customer support, or sales).
- Understanding of finance/tax concepts is a plus (training will be provided).
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English.
- Ability to work with basic computer tools (Google Sheets, etc.).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
