Senior Tax Consultant Job

Candidates for this senior role will have a proven track record of managing complex tax processes and delivering exceptional client results.

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in partnership taxation is required.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with the team to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Develop and train new and experienced staff members.
  • Exercise sound judgment and initiative in resolving complex issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Preferred Skills:
  • Expertise in CCH Axcess tax software, Caseware, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in tax research software such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint.

In addition to these qualifications, ideal candidates will possess excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. They should also be proficient in communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The selected candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver high-quality results.
