Job Description

As a Marketing Management Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Awareness: Develop and execute marketing objectives to increase brand awareness across various channels.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Event Planning: Create calendars for events and activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to schedules.
  • Budgeting: Assist the team in creating annual budgets and contribute to cost-effective decision-making.
  • Collateral Creation: Enable the creation of marketing and branding materials by external agencies, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Content Editing: Edit and proofread marketing and branding materials to drive precision and impact.
  • Execution: Ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of marketing collaterals, including brochures, folders, and exhibition preparations.
  • SEO and Content Management: Manage SEO activities, measure digital marketing performance using analytics tools, and maintain website updates.
  • Database Management: Handle database marketing, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns, and measure their effectiveness.
  • Influencer Marketing: Utilize innovative mediums like YouTube, Google Display Network, and influencer marketing to increase brand awareness.
  • Lead Management: Coordinate with Call Centre and CRM teams for lead management.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare weekly reports on activities, jobs, and deadlines, and contribute to budgeting and expense monitoring.
  • Purchase Orders and Expenses: Create purchase orders, manage quotations, and conduct verification of bills.
