Job Overview:

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Directly manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email, and influencers to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for seamless execution of all marketing projects.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of performance data to make informed decisions that improve ROI and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in D2C and/or healthtech industries.
  • A deep understanding of brand and performance marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to scale customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
