Job Title: Senior Manager, Treasury

 

Job Overview:

The Senior Manager, Treasury will oversee the financial operations of the organization, including cash management, investments, and funding. This role will also be responsible for developing and implementing treasury strategies to support the company's growth plans.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash flows, forecasting, and cash positioning to minimize risk and maximize returns.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive treasury strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of short-term and long-term investments, including cash balances, commercial paper, and other liquid assets.
  • Coordinate with external parties, such as banks and investors, to secure funding and manage relationships.
  • Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and report on key treasury metrics, including cash flow, liquidity, and investment performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of success in managing treasury operations and achieving business goals.
