About our organization: We are a global leader in trade lifecycle management services for the energy, commodities, shipping, treasury, and asset/investment markets.

We seek an experienced Principal Consultant to lead quality assurance activities for our Trading Platforms. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of trading systems, with primary emphasis on the Endur tool used for energy and commodities trading.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in quality assurance for financial or trading applications, with expertise in Endur/Findur and deep understanding of trading operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute QA activities on the Trading Platform, ensuring functionality, performance, and stability across various environments
  • Own and manage the QA lifecycle for the trading platform, including planning, test case development, execution, and defect management
  • Work closely with trading and IT teams to understand system requirements, user needs, and business processes to identify critical areas for testing
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools, including integration, regression, functional, and performance testing
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure proper testing coverage for new functionalities, features, and system integrations
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing support for both technical and non-technical issues
  • Define, implement, and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across all projects
