AEM Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM expert to lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the AEM technology stack, including CQ, Sling, OSGI, JCR, and OAK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain core and custom components, templates in AEM.
  • Develop solutions using AEM building blocks, including templates, components, sling models, and OSGI services.
  • Manage and optimize the Java Content Repository (JCR) and Apache Oak within AEM for efficient storage, retrieval, and management of content.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to AEMaaCS.
  • Create unit test cases using jUnit5 and Mokito.
  • CUSTOMIZE AND EXTEND AEM functionalities to meet business requirements.
  • Mentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership and support.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

You will have a good understanding of UI technologies like Query, JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS, and should have an experience in creating a data layer.
